2 Stages of Filtration

• Stage 1: 10" Sediment Filter (5 Micron)
  Removes large particles such as sediment, sand, grains, silt, and rust to protect the second filter and improve water clarity.

• Stage 2: 10" Coconut Shell Carbon Block Filter (5 Micron)
  Removes chemicals like chlorine, harmful organic and organochlorine substances (such as endocrine disrupting hormones), metals, phenols, and petroleum products. This carbon block filter has a higher density of compacted carbon compared to granular activated carbon (GAC), making it better suited to handle the workload in this 2 stage system.
