Sterilization Filter Details:

This system’s sterilization filter is a stainless steel UV light unit designed to disinfect your water efficiently and naturally. UV rays can destroy 99.99% of harmful micro-organisms without adding chemicals or altering your water's taste or odour. Ultraviolet light is a natural component of sunlight and is widely recognized as an effective, environmentally friendly solution for water disinfection.

The UV lamp operates at a wavelength of 254 nm, using a highly efficient UV radiator that kills microorganisms by disrupting their DNA. Water passes through a specially designed chamber ensuring intimate contact with the UV light. Bacteria and other living organisms absorb the UV energy, which destroys their ability to survive and reproduce. Additionally, chemicals and organic compounds absorb the UV energy and break down into smaller, harmless molecules, improving overall water quality.

The CBB-4N-S provides advanced, whole-house water treatment combining sediment and chemical filtration with powerful UV sterilization, ensuring safe, clean, and great-tasting water free from harmful microbes and contaminants.

**Please note:  Due to this product being couriered, the UV light is not pre-installed on the system due to the fragile nature of the UV bulb. Installation is required.
