Brass Solenoid 24V/DC - 10mm thread

Overview:

The 2W-040-10 is a 3/8" normally closed, direct-acting diaphragm solenoid valve with a brass body. It is built to switch water, air, oil and gas on and off automatically in pipeline systems. It works from 0 pressure, so no minimum line pressure is needed to open it. That makes it well suited to water treatment, reverse osmosis (RO) and general fluid-control setups.

• This valve is sold separately from any power supply, fittings or pump.
• Check that the coil voltage matches your supply before use.
• Do not use it with media above 80 °C, with viscosity above 20 cSt, or above the rated pressure.
• Confirm the thread type (BSP/G or NPT) matches your fittings.
• A normally open version of this model also exists, so confirm you have the normally closed one.
